Regular Price Product in new and original condition, unworn, unused, un customised,unadjusted and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Love H packaging can be returned or exchanged once:

6. There is no return and exchange for discounted or promotion items.
7. Customised products and loose pearls are excluded from return and exchange policy.
